You might have noticed your doctor asking you to take paracetamol in case of mild fever and normal bodyache. Because a paracetamol tablet, because it helps in relieving the moderate pain and fever.
Paracetamol also known as acetaminophen and are available in many forms like tablets or caplets, capsules, liquid, soluble tablets, suppositories and also in injection. Which form of paracetamol advised to you is depends on your medical condition and the prior medications.

Liver and kidney failure can cause due to overdose or due to other medication reaction.
